RICH YUNG REPORT: Sky Diving Simulator

With the Ridemaster Pro Simulator, we thought we had seen almost everything in simulators, but there’s more to tell you about. Now here come the Sky Diving Simulator for the adventure-sports lover. The Superfly Vertical Wind Tunnel technology uses a fast, powerful airstream to simulate freefall, allowing both learners and experienced jumpers to practice freefall maneuvers. Powered by a 1200 hp Cummins diesel engine, the simulator uses a four-blade carbon-fiber propeller to create lift in the tunnel, which is large enough to accommodate up to two users at the same time. The control console is on the upper deck of the trailer, allowing the operator an unobstructed view of the tunnel. The portable vertical wind tunnel unit sets up quickly, too, so you can get it installed anywhere, indoors, outdoors, wall-to-wall. The base model sells for $300,000 and can go up to $6 million.
